Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to generate or upload content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive; depicts minors in any sexualized or exploitative way; promotes or incites violence, self-harm, or hatred toward a person or group; is illegal in your jurisdiction; or infringes a third party's intellectual property or publicity rights.

You must own, or have the explicit permission of the person depicted to use, any real person's likeness that appears in a photo you upload — including a photo you upload to create a model. Uploading a photo of another person without their authorization is prohibited, regardless of where you obtained the photo.

A model you create from an uploaded photo uses that photo directly as the model's reference images and can be reused across every product you generate images for afterward. It is not anonymized or altered from the source photo, which makes having genuine, verifiable consent from the person shown essential before you upload. You may not use this capability to depict a real person — including a public figure — without their authorization, or in any sexually explicit, exploitative, defamatory, or otherwise harmful way.

You may not use the Service to create content intended to deceive viewers about who or what is depicted in a way that causes harm — for example, misrepresenting a generated image as an unedited photograph in a context where that distinction matters. Every image the Service produces carries a machine-readable AI-generation mark; you may not attempt to remove, alter, or obscure it.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent the generation pipeline or its usage limits; probe or bypass the review process we use to catch violations of this Policy; scrape or bulk extract data from the Service; or use automated means to exceed reasonable use without our agreement.

We may review text you submit and images the Service generates, manually or automatically, to catch requests that violate this Policy. Requests or content confirmed to violate this Policy are blocked or removed.

We may remove content, block a request, or suspend or terminate an account that violates this Policy, without prior notice for serious violations. If you believe content generated through the Service violates this Policy or misuses your likeness, email hello@truestlens.com and we will investigate.
