Privacy Policy

• Account information: your email address, display name, and avatar.
• Content you submit: garment photos, reference photos, and any images you upload to create a custom model.
• Generated output: the images the Service produces for you.
• Billing identifiers: a customer ID assigned by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details — our payment processor handles those directly.
• Session and preference data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and your language preference.
• Limited usage events: described in Section 3 below.
• Technical metadata: IP address and user-agent, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.

• To operate the Service — running your generation requests and storing your results.
• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
• To send you transactional email — sign-in codes and account or billing notices.
• To secure the Service against abuse.
• To understand, at an aggregate level, how visitors find and use the Service (Section 3).

We deliberately keep client-side tracking narrow. We do not run general-purpose analytics or advertising trackers. We collect exactly three kinds of events, each answering a question our own database can't:

• Advertising attribution — the campaign parameters (UTM tags) and referrer present on your first visit, so we know which channels bring visitors.
• Landing-page-to-signup funnel — whether a visit to the public site leads to an account being created.
• Upload vs. gallery-pick clicks — whether you upload a new photo or choose an existing one from your gallery when starting a generation.

These events are tied to an anonymous identifier stored in your browser until you create an account, at which point they're associated with your account. Everything else about how you use the Service — what you submit, the images generated for you, and your files — is answered from our operational database, not from tracking events.

Uploaded and generated images are stored on our infrastructure. Generated images are stored byte-for-byte as returned by the AI model provider, so that any AI-generation mark embedded in the file is preserved; smaller thumbnail and preview copies are derived from them for display in the app and are not offered for download.

• Our payment processor, Stripe — receives what's needed to process a purchase and manage your subscription.
• Resend — our transactional email provider, used to deliver sign-in codes and account notices.
• AI model providers — the garment and reference images you submit for a generation are sent to the upstream AI model provider we route that request to, solely to produce your output.

We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is active. Billing records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes even after account deletion. You can request deletion of your account and content at any time; some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep them.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@truestlens.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local law — for example, if you're in the European Economic Area or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, wherever our infrastructure and the third parties listed in Section 5 operate.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and hashed session tokens — to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
