Frequently asked questions
How do subscription credits work?
Your plan grants a fixed number of credits every month. Unused subscription credits don't carry over — they reset when your billing period renews.
Do credit pack credits expire?
No. Credits from a credit pack are permanent and never expire, regardless of your subscription status.
If I have both, which credits get used first?
Subscription credits are consumed before permanent credit-pack credits.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period, with no partial refund for the remaining time. An unused credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Refund Policy
Can a used-up or voided credit batch be restored?
No. Credits already consumed or voided are not restored, even if the payment that produced them is refunded.
Are the images marked as AI-generated?
Yes. Every image ships with the SynthID watermark that the underlying Gemini model embeds, and we never remove or alter it.
