Terms of Service

Truest Lens generates e-commerce product visuals — ghost-mannequin shots, flat lays, and on-model photos — from images you provide. You submit a garment photo and, optionally, a reference photo describing the composition you want; the Service uses AI image-generation models to produce new images from that input.

The Service is provided as-is. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee that any particular output will meet your expectations on a given attempt.

Accounts are passwordless: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address or Google account secure, and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You retain ownership of the garment photos, reference photos, and any other images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to store and process those images solely to operate the Service for you.

You must own, or have the rights and authorization to use, any person's likeness that appears in an image you upload. Uploading a real person's photo without their authorization — to create a custom model or for any other purpose — is prohibited. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for confirming you have the right to submit it.

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the images the Service generates for you and may use them for your own commercial purposes, such as product listings and advertising.

Output images carry a machine-readable mark, embedded by the underlying AI model provider, that identifies them as AI-generated. We do not remove or alter this mark.

Truest Lens provides a library of official models you can use in your generations. These models are entirely synthetic — computer-generated compositions that do not depict any real person — so using them does not require any model release or portrait authorization. This does not extend to models you create yourself from photos of real people, which are governed by Section 3 above.

The Service is billed in credits, consumed per generated image at a rate that depends on output resolution. Credits come from two sources: a subscription plan's monthly grant, which expires at the end of each billing period and does not carry over, and credit packs, which are purchased once and never expire. When you generate an image, subscription credits are consumed before permanent credit-pack credits.

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, which receives and processes your payment details directly. We are the seller on these transactions; Stripe only handles payment processing.

Our underlying AI model providers may change their prices at any time. If they do, we reserve the right to adjust our credit pricing and plan or pack terms accordingly, with notice on this site.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Once a batch of credits has been consumed, voided, or has expired, refunding the payment that produced it does not restore those credits.

What you may and may not do with the Service — including the prohibition on face-swapping, deepfakes, and other face-manipulation techniques — is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

The Truest Lens name, logo, and branding are our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you, other than the license to use generated output described in Section 4.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the prohibition on unauthorized real-person likenesses in Section 3.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
